I ordered my skeins of Ivy Brambles worsted after noon on Saturday and I was AMAZED to find the package waiting for me in the mailbox on Monday afternoon! I am in PA and it arrived faster than mail coming across the river here from one town to the next!

I've already stared my mittens with the Wild Blueberries yarn I received. It's not only a pleasure to knit with the yarn, it is a delight to do business with you!

I want to thank you for the speedy handling of my order for just one skein of yarn, be it an important skein. My aunt, who just turned 101 years old, had asked me to find some yarn of a particular color for her a year ago. Through a local (Chicago area) yarn shop we were able to find a color close to what she wanted and six weeks later she had the yarn. Although arthritic fingers slow down her knitting, she reported that she loved working with the color. Until a month ago when she realized she didn't have enough to finish the last sleeve and she emailed me with her SOS. I believed my local source would not be interested in ordering one skein or taking the time even to find out if it was available. After Googling the yarn name and number I tried the first source and after accepting the order they informed me the yarn was no longer available. That is when I turned to you. The speedy and efficient handling of this tiny order was so appreciated and my aunt is thrilled. She says it is a perfect match. And I will certainly turn to your company with any future yarn needs. Thanks!

WOW!!! all I can say is WOW!!!

I ordered yarn YESTERDAY as I was thinking I was going to run out before I finished sheldon the turtle's legs or shell...
and there is my yarn sitting in the door when I just came home TODAY!!!!

I just had to say that your Project Kits section is a great idea! I love that you've put the yarns, needles and patterns together, showing full-project prices, but that we can still modify the quantities and colours!

I ordered yarn at 5:27 am Saturday, July 25, 2009. Somehow, through some kind of magic, I received this yarn on Monday, July 27, 2009 in Madison Wisconsin before 11:30 am. How was this possible? I think it defies the law of physics. The only way I can explain this speed is you finally perfected the transporter from Star Trek.

Anyway, thanks for the most unbelievably fast delivery ever. I am still shaking my head.

I just wanted to THANK YOU again for sending me the three skeins of DIC Smooshy in In Vino Veritas in the spring of 2008. I started the Jeanie shawl in April 2008 and finally finished it just recently. I've posted photos on Ravelry (sjanova) at all stages of the process. I really enjoyed the pattern and definitely enjoyed the yarn. Thank you again for finding three that were so close in color.

Every order I have received, it has been in a timely manner, and have been 100% satisfied with each order. I just went to the Y&FC website to see where I could send feedback, and was surprised to see that the latest blog post contained almost exactly what I had planned to say, only I'm not in Australia (despite my name)...

Today, I picked up the yarn I ordered last Wednesday - five days from the US to Sweden, and with free shipping, that can't be beat!

The yarn looks great, too, and I can't wait to start knitting with it. I will definitely be back the next time I want a yarn that is not available where I live!

I could not believe my eyes when I went out to the mailbox this morning and found my yarn waiting for me ... it made it here to Australia in only five working days!

I've ordered yarn from Australian retailers that has taken longer to reach me and, given that the shipping was free, I didn't expect such a fast delivery.

The yarn itself itself is gorgeous and, like many other brands, not available here. I will certainly be making more purchases from your store, and recommending you to other knitters I know.

Now I'm just itching to get started on the knitting!

Hello Yarn and Fiber People – What a fantastic service!

The ordered wool arrived safely and the yarn was just like I was hoping it would be –sometimes pictures on the web are not quite color true, but it was just perfect.
